Dada
Dada began around 1916 in Zurich in Switzerland and by time, the Dada started to spread in France, Germany, U.S and Spain. The group who invented the Dada was strongly anti-war and against the values that they believed led to the war. The Dadaists protested through art. The Dadaists said that once the culture had been stripped down it can be rebuilt and so they made a ‘chaos’ out of the World War I culture. For example, the Dadaists chose a urinal as fountain and put it on display.
