The artist managed to do the suit that this man is wearing. The suit is detailed so perfectly and from the suit one can notice that the man is rich and powerful.

This statue is different from the other two of before because she is not old so it is difficult to make the details but the artist managed to make the details.

This statue isn’t that detailed. Although she is an elegant woman (that shows that she is rich), her facial expression shows that she is sad and tired.

Exhibitions

Third exhibition

The third exhibition was exhibited at St. James Cavallier in Valletta. This exhibition is different from other exhibition because this exhibition let the trans gender persons to express themselves.

Name of work: Keyhole
Made by: Unknown
Name of the exhibition: Milkshake
Date: 4th April, 2013

In this case the artists are expressing themselves by religious writing. These writings are with held in a small space by which I felt that were trying to convey limited world.

Name of work: Marija
Made by: Glen Calleja & Adrian Gauci
Name of the exhibition: Milkshake
Date: 4th April, 2013

The artists of these paintings are expressing themselves by drawing these paintings. They are not scared to show what they really are. The thing I like most is the use of colour. They show certain depth and to a certain extent it shows that the artists are not afraid to show their true colours.

Name of work: It’s not for girls
Made by: Norbert Francis Attard
Name of the exhibition: Milkshake
Date: 4th April, 2013

This hand shows discrimination towards girls as the title shows. In this structure I really liked how the artist managed to the hand because it is simple but the artist managed to tell what he wanted to say.

Name of work: Kindly Adjust your gender
Made by: Ryan Falzon
Name of the exhibition: Milkshake

These are made of mixed media on canvas. The artist did these paintings because he wanted to show that every trans gender can live their lives like everybody else.
